The Greek Sage: Viasonata Meditation #2

In this continuation of VS Mediations, I will show you the mystical power of (short) creative storytelling. TLDR it is a mirror for your life, and a fun path to becoming more intuitive.

Here is a story I told about the following 3 images:

Once upon a time there was a brilliant sage that lived in the ruins outside of a Greek city-state and she would sit in the ruins and wave a wand and conjure different things to life.

As time went on the sage realized that one could use the skills that had been developed to basically elevate life and live above earth and in a way between earth and in the heavens and have essentially the best of both worlds at the same time. And so the sage would go into this space and basically play the harmonica or the harp or any other instrument and beautiful birds and trees were elevated as well and they would basically keep the sage company.

And finally the sage realized that he needed to go back down to earth and that in reality he was never quite, he didn’t need to exist in this magical land that he created, he could actually bring magic to the physical world and so he brought his magic to the people of earth and was basically a king or a celebrity in doing so and he was worshipped and revered for that. And what’s interesting is that his power was both good and bad and he basically had to wield that in order to bring balance to the earth and so all sorts of things were expressed on earth to the people of earth while he was there.

Here’s what happens when I re-write the story in the first person:

Once upon a time, I was a brilliant sage that lived in the ruins outside of a Greek city-state and I would sit in the ruins and wave a wand and conjure different things to life. At the time, I believed that I was limited by the constraints of the physical world and unable to fully express my true power. But ultimately, I realized that I could bring magic to the people of earth and be a force for good.

As I tell this story, I have been preparing Viasonata, a product I am developing, for a more public release. I would love for the product to be perfect, realizing that perfection is endless, but it feels like I have gotten as close as I can for now. I also recognize that in sharing the product more widely, it will become more perfect.

As powerful as reflection is, here’s what comes through me when I go into a meditative state and free flow write about the story:

Dear loving sage, for you are the essence of what it means to be human. To be more than human and to be human at the same time. Fear not that you have what it takes in order to be the human to lead others to where they want to go. Fear not that you have what it takes in order to lead them to where they need to go. For you have been living and learning, up in the sky, what it means to be human. And now that you know what it means, you must come down to earth and show the rest. For you are no different than them except that you have an experience that would benefit them. They are you and you are them. And your experiences are different. So what might not look perfect for you is already perfect for them, because it’s something that they have not yet realized. You cannot horde your experience up in the sky, because that would only hurt your Self. You are not the sage but the people. And the sage is only beneficial to the people when the sage meets them where they are. You must meet the people where they are with your gifts. So prepare to descend and be what you are, no different than anyone else, but different in terms of experience. And share your experience with them. Share your experience with them and teach them the value of the sky. But prevent them from getting stuck in the sky. Let them be grounded in earth. With the power of the sky. That is what you are and what you need to be. When you are grounded in the earth and free in the sky at the same time, all will be grounded in the earth and free in the sky with you. But it takes your experience to be shared. To be seen. You must be seen. And when you are seen, all are seen.
